I started with a cold last night, so I'm not sure if it's all linked or if it's growing pains. I feel light kinda crampy this morning, it's hard to describe, sort of like when your body feel physically tired. Achey ish. haha I'm not making sense!

It's low down, under my bump and tops of my legs. I *think* I might be feeling baby movements but it could be my muscles are all wonky from all my sneezing. Do you think I should be worried or shrug it off as growing?

Hmmmm...I'm not sure. I think it just may be some effects of the flu but I haven't experienced a cold since i was pregnant so it's kinda hard to say. I know from past experience with the flu that my bones would almost feel like that were aching and sore so I'm kinda thinking that's what you may be feeling.

Is it painful or just achy?

It might be a cross between sneezing and your uterus stretching out! I had a bunch of crampy-ness around 16 weeks and I still get it sometimes, your baby is probably just growing a lot!

It sounds to me like you are feeling your little baby !!!! Don't worry about the aches and pains, I wish I could tell you they get better but they don't (I'm speaking on my own experience it may not be this way for everyone). I still get the growing pains and sometimes even sharp pains but they are all normal, and if I remeber correctly its around 20 weeks that I had them the worst! Right now I have the worst hip pain, I feel like an 80 year old trapped in a 20 year olds body lol! I'm so sorry you have a cold, its never fun having the sickies!!! I hope is passes quickly!!!

I've been getting hip pain whilst walking too, but it's not all that bad really.

Tonight, coupled with my cold, I have the WORST wind/gas pains ever! It's hellish when I sneeze!!! Just as well I can laugh about all these things... and just as well I have you guys to moan to
