Have you done your pelvic floor's today? (Am I right in thinking you call them Kegals?!)

I'm VERY guilty of forgetting, so I thought perhaps we could have a thread or a PM system as a reminder?!

Hehe I haven't never did with Ryan and can hold my pee fine lol !!!

I did mine for the day! I have remembered probably 90% of my days. I am finding it harder to hold the flex as long now-feels heavier (hmmm maybe there is a baby in there! LOL)

I have been doing them!!! A month or so ago I leaked a bit when laughing, ever since then I have no problem remembering lol!

you girls put me to shame

Ok, I don't even know if I'm doing them right?! I do 10 long ones... clench, hold for 5, release, etc and then 10 quick ones... clench, release, etc... is that ok?

I used to do them ALL the time, but now I only do it when I remember- which isn't often LOL. However, I think I am safe taking a kegal break for a bit- I've got some strong muscles down "there"!

Beginners -just clench release and repeat as many time as you think to do it.
Mod- clench and hold 5-10 sec each and 100 times a day.
adv- clench and hold as long as you can 100 times a day.

But anything everyday or as many time as you think it--always good.

Not really! I remember to do them maybe once a week! I also hate the way they feel, so that doesn't help....lol. It makes my vajayjay tickle

Breanna---your doing them perfect then----Its so great for sex--I have a friend who can do them so well she can make herself have an O just by doing them!

Here was I thinking that 10 were a good start. Oh my world!!! I've got my work cut out for me!!
