I definitely have like a sinus infection or something- sore throat, lots of phlegm, horrible headache, overall yucky feeling, etc. What can I do for this? I know I can take Tylenol for the headache (right?) but the sore throat/phlegm? Anything I can take or do to help it?

I think you can take sudafed, and I always take the extra strength rapid release tylenol because it actually WORKS unlike regular tylenol.

You can also use those strips for your throat that look like the breath strips they have...or the spray that kind of numbs it and makes it hurt less. I just bought a bunch of Ricola cherry honey cough drops because they taste good lol!

I totally forgot about the Chloraseptic stuff! That might actually help!

So Sudafed is safe?

I'm pretty sure...I took it a LOT because I kept getting sick in the 1st trimester. And the doc gave me a prescription for it so I didn't have to buy it. They also gave me flonase so you can take that if your nose gets stuffy.

ditto the safefeus site. Sudafed is a cat C so I would avoid uit, especially in the 1st trimester. Cloriseptic (sp?) throat lozenges are safe tho and help a lot!
