I am SO sick! And flying sick has left my ears clogged and I can barely hear. (Ugh ive tried everything to unclog them -- nothing worked! -- Yawning, holding my nose and blowing, peroxide, etc etc.) Not only that but i have an absess in my ear which i have drained twice now that is disgusting. (Icky icky colored pus! Ewwww!)

I have this horride cough, runny nose, nasal congestion, slight fever...... ewwwww!

Worse of all -- I HAVE to have my annual GYN tomorrow at 2 cause the next appointment is November and I can't wait that long. I expect the pap to come back abnormal since my body is busy flighting whatever it is i have and wont be fighting HPV . And Wednesday I have my water sono and have to go back to school. Ughity ugh!!!!


But I had a grea time with my friends even though I was sick. It was nice getting to see them all and have one last good time being a non-married, non-mommy.

I swear by this! It was becoming pretty common in CO when I left. It works GREAT for post scuba diving and post flying. It helps DH with his allergies and colds he gets....its GREAT!!! We actually travel with a few of them because we love them so much. You can get them at whole foods or any vitamin/natural shop normally. If you haven't tried them-you MUST. (make sure you have help and dont' do it alone!)

Yes the article paints a bad picture but it shows what it is. You need a brain to use them. Don't burn a candle in your ear by yourself, don't burn it down to close to your head, cover your face and hair while doing it. (most their issues are actually from people burning the candle down to low and burning themselves). You can get this done at many spas overseas because they love it so much. The first time I did it it took 3 candles in each ear to get all the crap out!
