I don't know if I'm just 'over it' or if they really aren't as funny as the older ones were... but basically its just a blog that makes fun of white people for liking things like studying abroad, wearing scarves with t-shirts, driving prius',etc.

People anonymously mail in postcards to this one random mailbox, and then that guy will go through them and post some every Sunday on his blog. He's made several books, etc. from this too. Link
