No changes since last week. I'm still 1 cm and 80% effaced. His head is very low. She said that should help with pushing time. My next appointment is Thursday at 4PM. I'm starting to think I will go past my due date.

I'm at work and sooo tired! I might be taking tomorrow off for a long weekend.

Awww! I'm sorry you haven't progressed anymore since last week. Hopefully Oliver won't be stubborn and stay in there too long. Are you working up until you go into labor? I hope you enjoy your long weekend if you decide to not work tomorrow!

Michelle

Keep squatting and walking girl. He will come on his own little time (try not to go crazy till that day! LOL). Its 41 weeks and 1 day for the average first time mom. I bet you beat that!

My plan is to work until the end of next week. That way I'm off starting on my due date. I planned on working until I went into labor but now I'm just over the work routine. However, I don't want to be sitting at home for a week waiting for something to happen. I would hate to waste my maternity leave without Oliver.

I'm okay with going over a little. If I go until Sept. 22nd he will be a fall baby! I like the idea of that. I learned in my bradley classes that the average is 1 week, 1 day.

I hope your little Oliver comes soon for you. Don't be too disappointed you haven't progressed anymore, it really means nothing. I sat at 3cm and 80% for 2 weeks with Lochy. Have you tried red raspberry leaf tea or evening primrose oil? Neither will put you into labor if you're not ready but they help tone your uterus and get your cervix more in gear so you're that much closer when the real thing happens.

You and me both No progress at my appt either. I know I'm going to go overdue. I hope you don't go over, and I think it's a great idea that you take tomorrow off to get some rest.

Bleh to no progression!! I do hope that something happens soon. I figure it is frustrating when you're sooo close and baby decides he want to delay his debut.

I have been drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea for sometime now to tone my uterus. I'm not going to do the primrose oil.

Breanna, I could be wrong but I have a feeling our L&D will be some what a like. I think we are both going to do wonderfully and not go too far over our due dates.
