What yoga poses?

That stopped a long time ago. I have been using my birthing ball a lot to sit on when I'm at home on the computer. Other than that I run up and down the stairs at work and at home. That is my main form of excercise. Not sure if that counts.. I do squat a lot at work too.
Today is my doctor appointment at 4PM and then I have my last prenatal massage! I can't wait for that.
