Oliver has never been a very active baby. He doesn't move around a lot and never was a big kicker. The last couple weeks I kind of have been worrying about it. I do feel him every day. I think he is just a calm little boy. Maybe he will be a calm easy baby when he is born.

Is/Was your baby's personality related to how they were in the womb?

I think because it's getting so close I'm getting a little worried about him coming out healthy. I never worried up until now.

Near the end the only movements from DD was little nudges anytime I pushed on my belly. She wasn't much of a kicker either, except when she first moved into the head down position, and then she would kick my ribs a lot. And she kicked when I was in labor, I wonder if there was more room as she was sooo low in my pelvis then.

And DD was a calm baby, not a sleeper, lol, but she has a lazy side for sure. Which is similar to how she was in the womb. I always thought she didn't move around as much because of lack of space, I have a small frame and small torso. My doctor even commented that she wouldn't expect me to have a baby bigger than 7lbs, based on that.

Dominick was never very active when I was pregnant, he was lazy just like me . When I was in labour the nurses were really worried and he was constantly monitored which annoyed me because I knew he was fine because he was being the way he always was. He wasn't a calm baby though. Before he could move around he wanted to be carried all the time so he could see everything and once he started moving around he never stopped!

I guess she was average. Only at night she'd kick like crazy, during the day she would hardley move much. Thats when I was always worried. But since I was running around like crazy at work I think I was putting her to sleep.

Brayden was VERY active and anytime I went an hour or 2 with out feeling him I'd panic. But when I was pg there was aldy here whose baby died because she hadn't felt her move in 24 hours and never went to the dr and the cord had wrapped around and choked the baby dr told me to drink juice, eat something and wait an hour if nothing happened then to play music near my belly to wake him up. If nothing then call in. I kept a port. cd player with me and would play him music to wake him lol worked everytime!

Both boys were always very active. Even at the end when it was harder for them to move they were always changing position and sticking their butts in my ribs and pushing their feet out. I would always panic if I didn't feel them move for a couple hours too. I'd drink something really cold and/or sugary and poke my belly til I got them moving. Then of course I felt bad for waking them up. They are both very active little boys--from newborns they were always lifting their heads to look around and as soon as they could get mobile they were off! Lochy started crawling at 6 months and took his first steps at 8 1/2 months! He was especially active in untero and even more so now.
