I want you to eat a whole pineapple, then a cup of salsa, then walk a mile, drink a glass of orange juice with castor oil in it, then have sex....a couple times....then walk another mile and repeat the pineapple! I'm getting anxious here!

OOOOH! You know what you should do is try that eggplant parm recipe, since you are at your due date now!
http://www.wchstv.com/gmarecipes/egg...armigian.shtml
(I'm pretty sure the marinara sauce is part of the effectiveness, so I would make that too)

Many women do walking up and down stairs to open up the pelvis some but as anyone who does that knows its physically tiring! Also during that last bit of pregnancy your body is dumping out a hormone called Relaxen, which relaxes your ligaments and joints-and help the pelvis to safely split a little, if your doing tons of stairs you can hurt your knee because they are in a week state. So walking along a curb one leg up one leg down and then back again with the other leg up opens up that pelvis but without the muscle aches and cardio workout and with out sore knees that the stairs does. It more prego-friendly!
