This is my second month triphasic and it used to be the gold standard to me. I know women have it and arent pregnant--- I remember with Angela. However, its even scientifically so much more of an indicator. How can you get these triphasic patterns often? I now know they dont mean much. This cycle isnt over yet, but I know its about to start.

Are you sure you're not pregnant? I see you tested and it was neg, but 9dpo is really early.

But for what it's worth, when I first started charting, I used to get triphasic charts almost every month, and I was TTA, so I KNEW I wasn't pregnant, but it would freak me out. I also know back then, I was so much more fertile than I seem to be now, so maybe it's a good sign?

Ohh, okay. I say you're still in though, I wouldn't give up. The only difference between my pregnant cycles and non-pregnant cycles is that AF shows on my non-pregnant cycles, and I get a temp drop, and I get a BFP and a temp rise on my pregnant cycles. Otherwise, I feel exactly the same.

1. Drs do not use tests as sensitive as FRERs.

2. 9 dpo! Even twin pregnancies usually won't give a BFP until later then that! Maybe that early.

3. Lots of women on other boards I go to get triphasic charts often and yet are not pregnant, so it is definitely not you. In fact, JM is the only place where I have seen so much emphasis placed on triphasic charts. Not that triphasic means nothing or that there is zero correlation, but you know.

4. I still think you are pregnant until proven otherwise!! And hey, getting triphasic charts is better then crazy anovulation charts!

5. I hope you are pleasantly surprised this month! I know I have said "I have a feeling" before, but I do this cycle too!

I know pretty much nothing about charting but I wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you! ((HUGS))
