So today I am 11 days post ovulation, and I am fully aware that it is early to see a positive on a home pregnancy test. And I know that I said I wouldn't test this morning if my temp dropped too much.
Yesterday I woke up early to head into work early. My body doesn't normally wake up an hour early on its own so I set an alarm clock (it is normally set at 5;55, so I changed it to 4:55). Today I am meeting my mom to go on a day trip and we are meeting at 8. Last night DH and I went to a game night with some friends and got home late, as I was lying down I figured 5:55 was a little early to wake up but I had some things I could get done with any extra time I had in the morning. So I set my alarm clock and went to bed.
Well this morning my alarm went off and I rolled over and grabbed my thermometer. Then I went to the bathroom and took a test (because I was sad about my temp drop and it was only $1 test). It wasn't until I was about to hop in the shower after reading my results that I realized that it was 5:08. Oops. I never changed my alarm back from getting up early yesterday morning. So maybe my temp was low because I took it early? Oh well.
Oh I suppose you want to know the results to my HPT, huh?

It was a stark white negative. Oh well. It's still early. I won't test again until Tuesday (14 DPO), assuming AF doesn't show before then. (Yeah see if I can wait THAT long.)

I don't think an hour here or there is that influential, personally! Good luck waiting!

Temps tend to rise about .2 every hour of the morning before topping out sometime in mid morning. I will tend to adjust my temp up or down if it's within about an hour of my normal waking time. So I normally wake at 7:30 - 75% of mornings I am up right at that time. But, if I have to wake up one day at 7:00, I will add .1 to my temp. If I wake up one day at 8:00 (like today), I will subtract .1 from my temp. That way it makes a tighter looking chart and accounts for slightly different waking times. Now, if I wake at a totally, crazy different time - like I sleep in one day until 10:30 - then I either don't temp that day, or I temp and then tell FF to discard it. Then I believe it shows up on your chart as an open circle not connected by lines.
Given all of that... in looking at your chart, today's temp would probably have been .2 or so higher if taken at your normal time. It would still have been down, but not by as much.
P.S. BFN's SUCK!!!

I think 11 DPO is pretty early. I'd wait a few days if your temps look good. (I know, easier said than done!)

Another huge temp drop this morning. Now below the coverline. Expecting AF to start any time.
Unfortunately next cycle I will be traveling for work right before ovulation (assuming my "typical' timing). We might get 1 or 2 days before ovulation when I get home. You better believe I will be jumping DH when I get in from the airport even if he is asleep!

It indeed isn't over until AF shows.
My temp is back up higher than any others this cycle and I took it an hour earlier than normal. So now it is just a waiting game... Will AF show? If no AF by Wednesday (15 DPO) I will test again.
