[Cereal Killer]

My family and I had to FLEE the Houston area last week because Ike was after us. We went to my parent's home and got back a couple of days ago. Fortunately, we have power and our house is intact, though, we are missing about 30+ feet of fence but we are lucky. The neighborhood looks like a war zone and some of our neighbors had trees fall into their homes. Others I know lost everything. Our side of the street has power but across the street there is still no power. Macey's school has been closed since last Friday and won't resume until Wednesday.

My son, Sammy, was supposed to have surgery this past Monday but it was canceled and has been rescheduled for this coming Monday. Please keep my little man in your thoughts and prayers.


Also, I think we are going back to WTTC. My husband is going to return to Iraq to work, for at least a few months, and I don't want to be pregnant and alone.
