hmmmm have you called the dr? Is that normal for you? Some women don't turn a hpt +. Were you ttc I don't remember?! I'd call the dr. Do you have any cramping or shoulder pain?

DH and I were TTC this cycle!!! I was charting at first but it was my first month so I kept forgetting!! I had a positve OPK, but maybe I never actually o'd!! What would shoulder pain or cramping mean???? I don't have either, but just curious what those are symptoms of?? My parents have been here this week so I have not called my DR, but I do plan on calling tomorrow!! Since going of the pill(which I was on for 10 years) in april I have had a 35 day cycle, 2 30 days cycles a 45 day cycle and now this....Im so confused

Oh well if you had whacky cycles all this time then its just hormones. Cramping and shoulder pain combined with lack of period and a - hpt could be a sign of a tubal pg. That's what my dr told me and had me in a PANIC for a week! But a blood test confirmed a negative and since THAT wasn't good enough for me I had an U/S which further confirmed lol. I had o'ed REALLY late and I don't know why. One dr said I could have had an early loss to throw off my cycles but I didn't bleed heavy or hurt abnormally. In March I did have the early loss and bled to the point I seriously couldn't walk! I tried to go to an Autism thing and I had to hold to ds's stroller just to stand upright!

Morgan - it sounds like your cycles are still trying to get back to normal after the pill....its not uncommon for this to happen. Since you are TTC though - I would call your doc to get provera or something to make AF come so you can get back to trying....most docs don't like women to go longer than 90 days when not TTC even and will get you back on track earlier if you are TTC.
Good luck and keep us posted!

Sorry about the long cycles. They stink.
I bet if you just went off the pill your body is adjusting to that. But it is never too early to be screened for PCOS if you want! That would require an internal ultrasound and some bloodwork. I would consider getting tested if your cycles continue to be wacky and you don't get pregnant the next few cycles or so. Good luck, I hope they even out soon!

I'm not sure what it is but sometimes our bodies can take a while to readjust from coming off the pill. You could call the doc to see if you can get something to regulate them a bit. Good luck!

EWW Yeah Michelle - good point - the cooter cam is always a viable option - and oh so much fun ......but she does have a point....my cycles have always been wacky and PCOS was determined to be the culprit......
