Well, as most of you know I started having BH while on our vacation. Since we got back late Friday night, this morning was the first time the office was open. And I just wanted to run it by them to make sure what I am experiencing is normal, and a BH. Long story short, they want me to come in at 3:20 today to see one of the docs to make sure everything is fine. They said 99% likely it is, but just want to make sure I have no PTL symptoms. I'm apparently having them too often, and they don't like to see them much before 30 weeks. In any case, they want to check my cervix and be 100% sure I'm fine. And in the meantime, I'm supposed to increase my water intake. I'm ticked b/c I have to see an OB and not one of the midwives. Unfortunately, that's the way my office works--if anything is out of the ordinary, you have to see an OB. I WANT MY MIDWIVES! Okay, tantrum is over now. I'll update later after my appt, hopefully to say everything is okey-dokey.

Update:
My cervix is long and closed, and everything is just fine as expected. Yippee! And the OB I saw was really nice.

I'm sure its all ok. Sounds pretty routine that they have the OBs check it out. Update us after your appt.

I'm sure everything is just fine. I started with BH early with both boys (20 weeks with Liam, 17 weeks with Lochlann)--totally normal for some people. And at the most infrequent were 1 an hour. I hope the OB appt isn't too bad and you can get back on track with your midwives from here on out.
