Is it weird to have constant cramps? Af ended 5 days ago but I'm still having cramps. They are not particularly painful, just annoying. I don't remember ever having constant cramps before. They also started sooner than usual, the cramps usually start about a week before af shows up but this time it was 2 weeks... it's almost like my pms symptoms are getting worse (my bb's hurt more this time too which is why I kept thinking I was pregnant). Maybe I'm just imagining things?

Some women get longer or harder cramps with AF when their calcium levels are low. Just a thought. Hope it gets better for you soon.
