Had my first appointment today. I must say, I left the office laughing. So my OB has her gloves on and her hands all down there giving me the pelvic exam. Then she says "you will definitely have some bleeding or spotting today and tomorrow. Don't worry it's completely normal." Then she takes her hand up and is like SEE? haha It had blood all over it. So that made me chuckle a little. Apparently she gets some very paranoid patients.

Scheduled our first ultrasound for this Sunday afternoon. Our families are so anxious to see if there is more than one in there. Oh I just can't wait!!!

Oh my dear goodness....I don't remember that happening...I would have been freaked! Good thing she warned you! How exciting for the U/S - is there a chance there could be multiples...do they run in either of your families????

There are a few sets of twins on my dad's side and DH's mom's side. I just think it would be cool But I am so pumped to see our little jelly bean that I will be pumped either way.

haha I sent a mass text to all my family too. Didn't want to tell my brother and dad about the bleeding. My OB doesn't do ultrasounds in her office because it's so small. So we have to use the hospital, and they happen to have a tech there one Sunday a month! It was eithe rhtat day or wait until Tuesday.
