OK so we want to do a Britax hands down and I really dont want an infant carrier. However, I love the idea that you can pop out most other seats into a system.. so how do you handle strollers with Britax?

Also have you heard of the Britax Advocate coming out next year? It has its own AIRBAGS! And it has this Seat Logix technology that tells you if the seat is on correctly
Its also available in CS

I used the infant carseat when Aden was little, but nowadays if we use a stroller we just take her out of the britax and put her in the stroller we already have.

Wraps/slings are always a good option if you don't want to use an infant carseat! Or you can just buy a stroller separate.

Just don't be like the mom I saw in Wal Mart the other day-she had a baby in an umbrella stroller who couldn't even hold her head up yet I was shocked an appalled, why didn't she just carry the poor baby?

I don't know if you can. I have no idea what the infant seats are like...we used a Combi travel system w/ Abby and then when she outgrew her infant seat we got her a Britax (you're right, they are awesome). Or, could you just use a sling till baby is big enough to sit up on his/her own? Or, you could get one of those buggy type strollers where baby is put in lying down, perhaps?

I'm sure someone on here must know the answer to this 'cause now I want to know, too!

Its $400

I'm totally into slings and wraps, but my question is more like when the baby is sleeping and I"d rather take the whole seat out and go from there (not an option with the Britax)

Ya I don't think that's an option with the britax and I have to say that I LOVED that option!.

That is one heavy duty carseat.

We had a graco travel system to start with. I thought Britax had a travel system???? If not Graco has great reviews on theirs. THEN we went to the Britax roundabout. And now I'm shopping for a Britax Frontier. I will ONLY have a britax!

No travel system that I know of. The Vigour only goes with the infant seats, but I dont want an infant seat. I want a convertible like Advocate or Boulevard CS
I cant imagine buying both the infant seat for $200 with Britax, the Vigour system and the Convertible for $300-400

I have the Britax Companion infant seat
http://www.amazon.com/Britax-Companion-Inf...0424&sr=8-3

With the Britax Vigour stroller
http://www.amazon.com/Britax-USA-U151756-V...0464&sr=1-1

The car seat pops right on top of the stroller, but the stroller also has the separate seat for when the child is older and no longer in the carseat carrier.
