Funny thought---
Ok picture 8 yrs down the road---you know when parents are yelling at their kids they mess up their names LOL. I was always getting called matt when my mom yelled...i think chris and curtis would make it even more hard to yell properly

Lol Angela I was thinking the exact same thing!! I always loved the name Taylor cause I just love the way it sounds when you yell it! haha.

Okay so.....

Ya I dont know.

I think CJ it self is so cute! But I'm just not to sure what to do. This naming thing is MUCH harder when you have a child already and the name has to sound decent with his and Curtis name is so perfect as Curtis is James' middle name and Leslie is FIL's middle name.. so it's like I want to have a name with meaning....

Tough!

There are close but does it really matter? I think that if you love the name then you should use it. CJ is a cute nick!

Well another thing about names... think of any established sibling sets you know... like, people our age... their names just sound good together because you've heard them together a million times. So whatever you pick WILL sound right eventually so try not to worry about that too too much.

I think CJ is cute but I do think Chris & Curtis are really close sounding. I just picture people calling on the phone for them, especially shy girls or people you can't understand well... and never knowing who they're asking for... and also like Angela said, when yo'ure yelling "PHONESSSS FOR YOUUUUU" etc. it'll be hard. haha. I guess not if you go with CJ though.

They are a little close but I don't think there's anything wrong with that. No matter what you name this baby you will forever be calling your kids by the wrong name. I'm constantly calling Liam and Loch by each others names, and before Loch was born I was always calling Ian and Liam each others names. It's those brain fart moments, you're gonna do it no matter what the name.

Oh and if you want close--me and my siblings are: John, Jenn, Joe, and Jaclyn. We were always called by each others names (even by teachers in school). Wasn't a big deal at all.

I think if you really love the name then go with it!

It's very true! Today Curtis hit the TV and I just about said "JAMES _____" instead of "CURTIS ______" lol.

Names can be so confusing when you are scolding, getting a kids attention etc haha.

I still don't know what we will do. No worries! haha!
