I love him so much. I cry every day (sometimes more than once) just looking at him. I can't believe he is here and I'm not pregnant any more. I also cry because I worry about his future. I can't help but jump years a head.

Aww worrying means you're a good mommy! Your body has done such an amazing thing and it's expected you get emotional. It's so good to hear from you!

I would be worried if you DIDN'T feel that way
The crying is normal also---baby blues can take a few days to a couple months to go away. I mean it did take 10 month to get that many hormones in your system....it takes some time for them to leave also. Plus BF increases the love hormone "oxytocin" in your body so you have even more the chemical lovey dovey feeling

Awe Resi!! Oliver is very lucky to have such a caring and loving mom!
Thank you so much for sharing your feelings, and I agree with the PP that the tears are normal.

I felt emotional just thinking about my furture baby before getting pregnant and during pregnancy. I just think I'm over loaded by love and worry for my little boy.

I was extremely emotional about EVERYTHING the first week and a half or so. I cried because I loved him so much, because I was scared, overwhelmed, I cried when he cried because it hurt my heart to see him upset....

I know how you feel It passed for me and I feel much more "normal" about him now, even though I still love him more than my heart can bare!

Totally normal and totally awesome ....those feelings will only get more excruiating as they venture out into the world more and more on their own. I've been getting emotional lately as my little baby is now wearing underpants and doing things by himself - like the other day he pulled up his pants after going potty and he said "mommy you help a little bit that's all" I was like "no mommy help alot, mommy do everything for you" !!!!
but I know that he needs to do things on his own and that makes him feel good and independant - its just so hard to see him growing up....ahhhhhhhhh emotional feelings coming on just writing that....ekkkkk
