Damon and I took Oliver to his first doctor's appointment yesterday. It went well. She said he is perfect. Of course I already knew that. He is up to 8 lbs. I'm doing a good job breastfeeding since he is above his birth weight. I feel proud that I'm doing such a good job feeding him.

We both liked his doctor. She was very friendly and took her time answering our questions and talking with us. She is open to delayed or selective vaccines too. She also said that her boy patients are 50/50 circumcised which made Damon feel better about our choice not to get it done. He was worried about Oliver getting teased later in life. Our next appointment is at the end of October.

Sounds like a wonderful appointment!! It's so important that you find one that you like and will allow you to parent how you want, regarding the vaccines etc! That's wonderful!

Circing is just fading out haha. He wont be teased, I highly doubt it! It's so common to not circ so I doubt he will be the only one!

Thats great! Good job breastfeeding!!!!! Im jealous, heehee. Im glad you found a peid that is open to vaccinate or not. Mines like that too, thank goodness!
