There it is: circled in black, the word infertility. I've been tested for PCOS, and don't clinically have it, but now we're going to treat me as though I do because *SURPRISE* I am not ovulating! I gave the Dr. my charts, my notes, and a summary of the past year, and I walked out with a script for Metformin, Zoloft for PMDD, and scripts for bloodwork for 10/9 if I don't have AF by then, and Blood work for CD3 & 21.

She's retesting me for PCOS, and I just may have it. I don't have time to research any of this because I have to be at work soon, but I thought I'd update you guys!
