Of COURSE bacon is PCOS approved! I ate some the other morning, and my baby split into twins. True story.

I think since its protein and NOT carbs, its PERFECT. Maybe Turkey bacon is better?

Bacon is perfect for any diet. I had some on my (toasted) Subway sandwich tonight...yum!

Bacon is fine. Like I told you before, you can eat anything, its just learning to eat it in the proper quantities and balance it out with other foods.
