Anyone suffer from seasonal allergies and can't get relief? I have horrible sinus pressure and migraines. I take some Tylenol but it barely helps.

I hate to say it, but I might have to call out work, and I don't want to make it a habit.

A Netty Pot is great and 100% safe! Google it! (yes I'm a netty pot pusher---I think everyone needs on, once you use it right you will love it!)

Does that work even if nothing is in your nose? All the congestion is in my head. I can actually breathe very easily.

I've found the past 2 weeks I've been getting hay fever again I used to have it all year round, everyday when I lived back home, but haven't had it since I moved here - this is more city-like whereas back home was more country.

I kinda just put up with it lol

Sorry, Angela but I can't stand the Neti pots!

Anyway, I use Turmeric capsules. I take 2 a day and they have drastically reduced my chronic sinusitis and allergies. I barely have any symptoms any more! I noticed a difference after just 5 days of use and the capsules are super cheap (from swansons.com).

Look up Earth Clinic link for more natural cures for any ailment you want! It's a great site (but beware the most favorite cure is apple cider vinegar: people take it for everything!! You have to read the reviews with a grain of salt of course and research what you want to try based on cost and side effects) Good luck--there is hope!!

Its not really made for clearing out, its made more for cleaning your nose hair/sinus area off so that your body cleans itself faster so you don't get the allergy reaction.

You DON'T like it! I bet your only the second person I have heard that from. If you don't mind me asking--what is it you don't like about it?

I have heard of Turmeric capsules working well also.

I was so excited to try it having read rave reviews, etc. And I got a coupon and everything. The first time I tried it, I washed each side 4 times (short ones--with a mirror to make sure I was doing it right). I then had the worst night of my life, having liters of snot come out of my nose all night long and the following day. I tried it 2 more times, washing just 1 time/side and didn't get any relief from congestion. I then put it away Taking pills is sooooo much easier

I have bad allergies and am still on my prescription meds per my doctor. They are the safest script meds for pregnancy because nothing OTC works for me and he says it's better for me to be healthy and breathing well at this point. My allergy season ends in a few weeks so I should be good to start weaning off within the next few weeks

I just suffer w/ them. Even when I do take meds while not pregnant, I get side effects a lot from them.
