I've lost 5 lbs in the last week!!! I'm sure that's just an initial loss from going from 99% carbs to 1% carbs but I'm SUPER proud of myself.. I even resisted even a BITE of cake last night!!!

I lost 50+ lbs on Atkins in six months a few years ago before my wedding! It's so friggin' easy once you get into it!
