WOW! It's gorgeous! Very nice work.

Silly question....what is the blue moster exactly. Looks like a furnace of some sort.

The big blue monster is an AGA gas stove. It takes about 8 hours to heat up, but we leave it on from October - April. It helps heat the house too. Each burner and oven is always at temperature. It has a boiling burner, and a simmering burner, and four ovens. The ovens are 450, 350, 250, and 150. When I get take out, I set it on top of the stove to keep it warm. The cat is always sleeping next to it because it's warm. Retails for an unbelievable amount of money, but it was here when we moved in lol.

haha, this is why I bought this house. I saw the potential. The living room and kitchen are the nearly the same size. Living room is a "great" room, so just a tad bigger. Downside is the bedrooms are the size of closets....

Awesome, an AGA! I saw those all the time when I was living in Ireland. I love them!

Your kitchen is so nice. It looks so much more practical now. And I adore those huge windows in your dining area.

I've never heard of an AGA before either. What's that do to your heating bill!?
