I once read somewhere that pregnant women should sleep on their left side to help with gas.

I hypothesis that more females (pregnant or not) sleep on the left side of the bed and also sleep on their left side. Or maybe that is just me.

I sleep on the Left, on my right, and he typically sleeps on his right too. I don't like sleeping against the wall, but his CPAP won't let me sleep on the outside bc our room is small.

We switch depending on hotel room. He sleeps on whatever side the bathroom is closest to. And we both roll and toss and turn so much I'm guessing we sleep on our bellies the most.

I sleep on the left side of the bed, on the left side of my body.

DH sleeps on the right, usually rolled onto his right side.

I sleep on the left, on my left
DH sleeps on the right, on his right.

Our bed is against the wall... wall being my side. I can't sleep in a bed which isn't against the wall - scared I'll fall out

I sleep on the left but that's because it's closest to the bathroom and I have a tiny bladder.

I switch sides but mostly I sleep on my left side. Sometimes I wake up on my back but I can never fall asleep that way.

Left
Left side of body
Right side of body

DH can't sleep on his back or face me, he snores horribly on his back, and he still snores on his tummy or sides but its not as bad when hes not facing me.

I sleep on my left side.. I cannot sleep on the back or right side cuz it cuts the air circulation. I've been tested for sleep apnea and sleeping problems... DH sleeps on right side and on left side of the bed. I cannot sleep against the wall cuz I have the fear of suffocating against the wall. I grew up sleeping on top of bunk bed and always found myself facing against the rail... scarred me for life.

If we slept at the same time we'd actually be facing each other as I favor my left side and am on the right side of the bed and DH is the opposite. But he likes sleeping on his stomach the best, so that's what I voted. Very interesting poll results!!!
