I'm sooo in the mood for PB cookies.. I cant remember that awesome recipe.. was it 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup pb?? then whats the temp and time???

8-10 minutes at 375. they always taste better to me the next day... the first day they're still too gooey for me.

If anyone has a VERY simple fairy cake/cup cake recipe I'd be very interested if you shared... by easy I mean I love how you guys work in 1 cup of this and 2 cups of that. Here in UK it's all 50g this and 25g that. So much more work

I did make them.. the last few times I made them with creamy PB.. this time I used super chunky.. still soo delicious and they hit the spot!

Since you first posted the recipe a while back I've prob made them about 5 times.. We both love them, and I cravings for PB every few months and these are the perfect fix because I have all the ingredients all the time! lol

Best way to do it is mix the egg and sugar first then slowly add your PB-then its not hard to stir.
Fifi you will love these!!!!!!
