What a sunny day in Maryland... cold crisp air and leaves falling to the ground this morning.. aahhh

Arrived there 9am and handed in paperwork we printed off their website.. easier/faster that way.. and met up with interpreter.. waited 5 mins then the nurse asked DH to give urine sample. then waited few mins and got in room. Waited few mins.... then urologist came in. Verrrrry nice gentleman. He told us the urine sample showed high sugar and asked Dh few questions regarding TTC and diabetes. Asked me a few questions like do I ovulate regularly etc. He said the SA looked bad but wants a repeated SA to check and make sure. He gave physical exam and said there's no Varicocele seal and the balls feels normal and all that. He mentioned IVF/ICSI and said if the repeated SA shows same results then there's nothing they can do and will refer us to do IVF/ICSI.
They gave us the semen sample cup and semen analysis order and testicular ultrasound.

Anyone done testicular ultrasound?

Sooo basically... once we do the repeated SA and T.S. then we go from there.. He said he would discuss the case with Dr. Ballas.
DH will do the SA tomorrow morning and turn it in.

I feel numb.
