I was just wondering if any of you girls knew, if there was such a thing as Bding too much. If you look at my chart, I had a temp dip at CD19, so we started Bding in earnest. I usually have a temp dip before I ovulate. I usually ovulate on day 22. Now i'm on CD 27 and still have a postive OPK, so we've been Bding all the way along. Will it make it difficult to concieve because of this? Can DH "run out" of sperm? Sorry, I know this sounds silly.

His body is always making sperm.. has he ever had his swimmers tested? If he has and things came back normal, I really dont think it would affect him.. if he has low numbers to begin with, that might be another story.. Good luck!

Yup, only low numbers would be a concern. At least you know each BD session you are getting the freshest of fresh spermies!

My Dr advised me and DH to only BD every seconed day!! He said that if we do it everyday DH might as well be shooting blanks!! He said it takes 48 hours to make sperm...and Dh has never had his swimmers tested!!

It takes sperm 90 days to grow!!! so every day is fine for a healthy man.
Now if you are doing it more then every 4 hours is when you may run into blank issues (because it takes four hours-about-to get all the semen/sperm back to the right location for another "delivery") He can still deliver babybatter sooner then that but to get a full load (his normal ejaculation amount) you will need 4 hours in between. If you doing more then every four hours you could dehydrate the poor boy j/k!

Dang girl! I hope you O soon, I know how frustrating it is. That is why I always found it humorous when someone would O 3 or 4 days later then usual and then whine about it. They don't know nothing!

O dust
