Well I finally got the other result from my nurse and she said the one that matters (FT4) is normal but TSH is still low. She said it's fine and they would just recheck in 3 months. But she said if I am nervous they would refer me to an endocrinologist. I went ahead and made an appointment with one for next Monday. I figure it doesn't hurt to be extra careful. Even though I am pretty sure its nothing worrysome.

I did a little research and it looks like high levels of hcg can sometimes mimic the actions of TSH. Therefore the body down regulates the TSH and makes it go lower, but the hormones that do the actual work, T3 and T4, stay normal. So it looks like I am okay for now!

In other news my mom will be here tomorrow through the weekend and it is shopping time.

I am glad your results are good. I love how proactive you are in seeing the specialist too--you go mommy!

Have fun with your mom this weekend. Me and my mommy will be taking a trip up to Phoenix to go shopping too in a few weeks.

I think at least some maternity pants. I am *just* starting to get a little tummy and especially in the evenings my pants are a bit tight. Dh thinks I should just go around in sweatpants but I need something I can wear to Thanksgiving that is decent looking but stretchy.

Annnd baby things too! We're going to go mostly window shop at BRU, go to a consignment shop and hit a mega garage sale that is hosted by a local moms of multiples group here.
