1 egg
1 cup sugar (plain white)
1 cup peanut butter (smooth, not natural either)
mix egg and sugar then add pb. roll into 12 balls and flatten them with a fork and bake for 8-12 min at 350 (depends on altitude and oven).
Prepare yourself---these are addictive! And YES there are only 3 ingredients...no flour. LOL

Easy Shepard's pie:
9 x 13 pan, greased
Line the bottom with cooked ground beef crumbles (I ususally have some in my freezer)
Top with a can of corn (drained)
Top with a can of beef gravy
Top with some diced onion (optional)
Top with a nice thick layer of mashed potatoes (again--you can get precooked in freezer section)
Sprinkle with cheese (preshredded cheddar is great)
Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 30-40 minutes.

Fi, I think so. I use ground beef to make hamburger patties, if that helps, lol. The only thing I do different with my shepherds pie is line the bottom with refrigerator biscuits.

Those sound amazing!!! I have been on a salt kick lately, so I have to admit, even at 9 in the morning, the Shepard's Pie sounds really good right now!

It's 9:25 here and I am eating pumpkin pie for breakfast. UGH! I am terrible! haha
Here's how I do my Shepard's Pie.... it sounds so much more easier! haha
I take a tin foil round pie pan thing... mix some break crumbs with raw ground beef, and then line that in the pan. I take mashed potatoes (usually just the package kind b/c I'm lazy) and 'make' them and then add a can of 'veg all' which is a caned veggie that has carrots, green beans, corn, celery, etc. and dump that into the potatoes. Spread that over my raw 'meat crust.' haha. Bake for 40 minutes at 350... top with cheese and let it melt for another 5 minutes and serve. So really its just dumping all that together and sticking it in the oven.

I posted this a while back in our recipe folder in WTTC. Go look there --- there's a ton of great recipes! But we are having this chicken dinner for tonight. Its really simple, you can't mess it up! Just brown the chicken, mix with soup and chicken broth, let simmer for a while covered, make rice, and eat!!!
All you need is:
*boneless chicken breasts or tenders
*chicken broth
*cream of chicken soup
*seasonings you like for the chicken marinade (I use salt, pepper, and a splash or two of lemon juice)
*a little oil
*garlic (if you like garlic-not needed)
*rice
Take 2 trimmed chicken breasts, and cut in half. Marinade with a little oil, couple splashes of Lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan and mince 2 cloves of garlic and place in pan. Don't brown garlic, just cook a little. Put chicken in pan and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. You want it to be brown but not cooked all the way through. Take the chicken out and put on a plate. Take cream of chicken soup (I use 2 small cans) and stir with some chicken broth. Use wooden spoon to get all the little chicken bits and garlic mixed in. I use a wisk to get it very smooth. Once smooth and boiling a little, put chicken back in and turn on low to simmer. Cover and let cook for about 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Cook rice on the side (I boil the rice with part water, part chicken broth). YUM YUM!!!!!!!

Any of you ever make toad in the hole??
3 oz (75 g) plain flour
1 large egg
3 fl oz (75 ml) semi-skimmed milk
salt and freshly milled black pepper
packet of sausages
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 7, 425°F (220°C).
lightly brown the sausages under the grill
Sieve the flour into a bowl
Make a well in the centre and crack the eggs into it
add the salt, pepper and whisk
gradually add the milk whilst whisking
place sausages in an oven dish
pour over the batter mixture
cook for 30 minutes - just so you know, the batter rises heaps!! I love this recipe!!

I am so lazy that I don't want to cook. I just want to do the eating. I can recommend a variety of fine dining establishments for you.
I did make breakfast burritos today...yummy! I don't have a recipe persay. It's just scrambled eggs, cut up sausage or bacon and mexican cheese put into a flour tortilla.
