Well, I am still pregnant! I went in to the doctor this morning and she said she wanted an ultrasound to determine my due date. My last AF was September 1st and she was convinced I conceived on September 12th. I was pretty sure I hadn't but she felt certain I did. Anyways, she thought I was between 7-8 weeks pregnant...got to the ultrasound and I'm only 5 weeks 1 day!!! So, we didn't see a baby or a heartbeat - which was a huge disappointment for me and DH. Fortunately, she said we would probably come back in a couple of weeks to check on the baby and I will probably get bloodtests tomorrow to make sure my HCG levels are increasing. I feel hopeful, not at all discouraged so I hope I can keep this attitude up! I charted in September so I know exactly the days we DTD and what time and all of that. She looked at the chart and said I conceived on the 1st of October - which matches up exactly...we DTD on the 30th and on the 1st! I think that's why I feel good about this. I'll keep ya updated if anything changes!

Well it sounds like maybe you ovulated a lot later than you thought. Sorry you didn't get to see baby this time. Keep us posted!

So glad you have a positive outlook Sarah. This is how my appt will be, so I sympathize. I told the lady on the phone that although my LMP was on the 13th of Sept I have long cycles and I'm pretty sure I'm not as far along as that would put me. She said they still have to go by that and they'll do an ultrasound and just see....so I'm expecting to see what you saw - cause I'll be like like 5 weeks and 4 days or something like that......why don't they believe us - we know these things!

Yeah you were just a bit too early. But you get to check again in a few weeks!
