Dh just sent me a message(he sends texts from our prepaid to my email) and he had his 90day performance review, this is what he sent me: "Just got my 90 day performance review. Got "exceptional" on half and "meets requirements" which means awesome overall. yay!"

He said in the next message that it goes into effect Monday so all the hours this week and the over time he has to work tomorrow will be on the new pay scale so his check Friday will be nice!!(he gets paid weekly) Which is good cause we have to use money this weekend to get him new contacts cause hes been wearing the same ones for months and hasn't had his eyes checked in almost 3yrs now.

Right now he makes $10.50/hr with a sift diff of $0.50/hr for working the 2:30pm-1am shift so a total of $11/hr. I think he'll make around $12/hr or $12.33/hr after the raise, not 100% sure yet though.

Mom to Seamus (7.18.06) and Kieran 4.8.09). Seamus has Aspergers, SPD, Lazy Eye and is also Color Deficient/Blind, basically he doesnt' see green or red. I'm still learning more but feel free to ask me about it if you have any questions!
