4 months? I don't think so! I look like that pre-AF! I looked like that a few days before I got my BFP! You may be in for a surprise as to what you will look like 4 months pg!

Oh thats WAY beyond bloat for me. I have a generally flatish belly. AF bloat looks nothing like that! lol.
