That's so funny you say that. I thought Liam's first u/s (at 12 weeks) he looked like a turtle. And as you can see he's not a turtle. You're little one will look just perfect!

Blobby is fine. Early ultrasound pictures can look a little funky.
My first one, it looked like I had a two headed baby, remember?
Two weeks later and my baby assuredly only had one head.
I loved my little two headed baby just the same, but the later pics get cuter.

At 8 weeks, my sister's baby looked like an uncooked chicken/kidney bean:
Now little David looks like this:
I'm sure that Blobby is just fine.

I thought Harrison looked like a shrimp in his first pic....then I got one like this:
And of course now he's a precious little guy all grown up!

Thanks for sharing the pics you guys. I think I was watching the ultrasound for way too long. I tried calling it ducky instead, but it didn't have that same feel blobby has. I don't think I can call it blobby for much longer--makes me feel a little guilty since it looks more like a duck-blob then just a blob.

What sweet pictures.. I love how they look different at each stage..
Here's Adriana at 8 weeks, I think she looks more like a bean, but you can easily see a duck face too.. lol What's crazy is she looks like she has a tail and part of the egg sac is left.. It's crazy how fast they grow..
OH, and now she's a 13 month old, independent little girl.. Where does the time go?

Oh man new nicknames? I know you could use one from your blog but I dont think it would go very well in a siggie all over JM although it would make me laugh until I pee'd my pants!

Yeah I know what you mean on the names. I don't want to use sweetpea or bean, because, well! Baby already looks like a baby!
I still think blobby is funny/cute.
