Well I had some spotting last week (enough to soak through underwear and pants) on Wednesday. It was brown but it freaked me out and I called my doctor who wanted to see me that day (I actually saw a RN not my typical Dr). They did a whole panel of blood work and said they would call me back and either (1.) If my hormones were low they would do a second set of blood work to compare to. or (2.) If my hormones were high they would schedule me for an ultrasound.
Well the RN called me back last Thursday and my levels were "nice and high" (I don't know the numbers) and so she scheduled me for an ultrasound for today.
I really am hoping for the best. The spotting was much lighter by the end of Wednesday and was pretty much only when I wiped for Thursday-Saturday and it was most often brown. No heavy cramping (some crampy twinges but nothing I would classify as heavy).
So the U/S is 2:30pm EST. DH will not be going with me. I will be going alone. I am about to head to work and will be working until 1:45. I only hope I can manage to be productive.
Some happy healthy thoughts would be appreciated.

WE HAVE A HEARTBEAT!!!
The doctor first tried to do an abdominal u/s so I wouldn't have to get undressed. When he saw the yolk sack and then asked me to get undressed and I was still hoping for the best. He used his lovely magic wand and found the baby right away with a tiny heartbeat visible. He did not measure the timing of the heartbeat but he did measure the CRL and I measured only 6weeks. (I thought I was closer to 7 with charting). So apparently DH has super sperm who lasted 6 days from our last time having sex to when the doctor thinks I conceived. (DH thinks it is AWESOME that he has super sperm!)
I just don't have the heart to change my ticker just yet. I see the doctor again in 4 weeks. Loosing a week is worse than daylight savings time! At least then we only lose an hour, but a whole week? **sigh** It is what it is I suppose.
ETA: Here is the chart from my cycle. (Dr says I would have conceived around Oct 16th)
