I'm pretty sure I do. And it's only been getting worse since my IUD was removed last year. For 3-4 days before my period I don't want to move, I'm grouchy and miserable. Dan and I have been dating for 3 months now and we've argued three times, each time in the day or two before AF arrives. I turn into a paranoid freak and feel sure that I'm not good enough for him or that I'm a bad mom or that I'm going to fail out of school. This month has been the worst yet. I accused Dan of cheating, sent my professor a nasty email and cried at absolutely nothing. I talked to my mom about it and asked her what she thought of me getting on Yaz. She said the gyno won't prescribe BC for me without going in for a check up. I'm working 80 hours a week AND it's finals week for school. I will be lucky to get in for a check up within the next couple months. Does anyone know if my family doc will prescribe Yaz or something else without me having to go in? Or if there's any home remedies that might help until I can get in? I can't do this again. I have a feeling the next cycle could lead me to do something really rash. Help please!

Some family doctors will order the pill for you if you don't have a bad health history. I can tell you YAZ works. I miss it actually. I've been a miserable crying screaming mess since I went off the pill. I get weepy around O time, then really depressed and detached before AF and have a ton of anxiety attacks. I even notice myself making more mistakes at work.
When I was on YAZ, I was a happy as can be. However I NEVER wanted sex.

If you have had a pap in less then a year then your doctor most likely will just prescribe it for you.

I'm not really sure but I would say that even of if you get the prescription you should still make an appointment to get checked at a later date so that you can be properly diagnosed.
I hope you find something to prescribe it for you.

I completely know how you feel!! I used to think I was bi-polar then I started hearing about PMDD. My mom, Chris, his mom (a nurse) and I are all convinced I have it.. however since we are TTC bc's are not the answer for me. I've heard some great things about Yaz, but I've also heard about some terrible side effects. It varies with everyone tho.. I hope you get some answers! Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I made an appointment for next Tuesday. Luckily they have evening hours so I'm going in to find out my options at 8PM. I'm willing to try anything at this point!
