How long into your new cycle should your temp be down again? Last cycle (my first one charting) my temp took a significant drop the first day of af and by the second day was way down. I'm on CD6 now and my temp is still up. And nothing has changed about my sleeping patterns, time I temp, or anything. Any insight is very appreciated!

You have a lot of open circles on the previous chart at the beginning, so I wouldn't be so quick to compare them. make sure you note your CM as much as you can as it's more reliable in confirming when you enter the fertile phase. GL!!

I really don't know why they are open circles though, they were all recorded at the same time frame. They were open circles right from the start and I didn't understand how that could be if I never charted before. My timing did get a little wonky for a couple days with day light savings but that was more towards the mid/end of my cycle. Plus my temp doesn't change really--it's the same whether I take it at 7am, 7:30am, 8am, or 8:30am. I just record the last time I took it. I hate the waiting game. Grrrrrrr.

Could be time taken, or something like sleep devprived? I don't see any notes at the bottom so unsure.

Give it a few days or more, see how your temps go.

Thanks so much ladies! I really appreciate it!

I was recording "sleep deprived" for the majority of the days for a while and then stopped because I realized that a baby in my bed that still gets up to nurse a couple times a night has been my MO for as long as I care to remember. So I'm not really "sleep deprived" per se, it's just my normal sleep pattern now. Last month was very clear cut with my temps dropping right away, I hate when my body changes things up on me.

My temps go down the day after AF leaves most of the time, but a couple times low the day before....never really been sure of why that is? Now you have me wondering what that could mean?
