DH had a meeting with his manager at 2:45 (15 mins ago).
They all had individual 15 minute meetings, then the whole team have a group meeting after it... Just waiting for an updte from him. He could be jobless right now...

IUI 5/24- count was excellent, perfect timing.

Oh dear! Well, at least you were mostly prepared for this news, no matter how awful! I hope you are able to take a breath and decide the best avenue, whether taking the severance package for a few months (sorry--don't know if they call it that) or trying to reapply for positions right away. You'll be in my thoughts for sure!!

Oh Fiona! That sucks... even when you're prepared for it still sucks! The owner of the business Ben has run for the last 3/4 years decided to shut down. We had a little bit of notice but it doesn't make it any easier. I hope your DH has an easier time finding a job than Ben has. (((((((((HUGE HUGS))))))))) Drop me a PM if you need to talk.

Well, perhaps there is a little light at the end of the tunnel. His finishing date is Dec 31st. he will have 4 wks hols to use up, so that covers Jan, he thinks he'll get 6 months redundancy pay. So that will cover us (at worst case scenario) until July.
But he is adamant he will start job hunting end of Feb. this was the part that worried me most... if he just sat about and suddenly it's July and he has no job, no money. He thinks he will get back into the company we work for (it's technical... altho we "work" for the same company, there are 3 companies which employ the staff... the company who currently emply him are cutting back, but the company who employ me are always looking for staff for the call centres). So hopefully he will get back in with my company sometime in March.
He was sweet though, he says with him finishing up 2 weeks before I do for Mat Leave - He wll be able to "make sure" I rest  Bless him.

Cycle #1-9 - All Natural....5BFN's, 4BFP's (all ended in miscarriage) Cycle #10-11 - Met with first RE, diagnosed with heterzygeous MTHFR mutation & slightly low SA on all counts. -BFN, Cycle #12 - First IUI+Trigger - BFN, Cycle #13 - BFN Cycle #14-15 - Met with new RE, diagnosed with a blocked right tube that previous RE completely overlooked or didnt care to mention. Soy (120mg) - BFN Cycle #16 - Clomid (100mg) - BFN, Cycle #17 - Clomid (100mg)+Trigger+IUI - BFN Cycle #18 - Acupuncture+Clomid (100mg) - BFN Cycle #19-27 - 2 Soy (160mg) cycles, the rest all natural also 30lbs lost!! - BFN's Cycle #28 - New RE is GREAT! Put on bcp 7/6/11, Lap surgery 8/1/11- Tubal cyst (5cm) found and removed, Uterine Septum removed, and Stage II-III endo removed. Cycle #29 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle #30 - All Natural - BFN, Cycle#31 - All Natural - BFN, DONE TTC FOR NOW
