Your chart isn't shouting a date at me. But, my reading of your chart would put you at 7DPO with a coverline around 97.4. The reason is CD20 was your last day of fertile quality CM and your cervix was HSO still. The only way I could believe you're 10DPO would be if the lower temp and bit of spotting on CD20 was due to implantation rather than ovulation.
I suppose it is possible that you released 2 eggies this month... but not probable. My guess is your body was gearing up for O on CD17 and didn't release, then geared up again and did release on CD20. I get similar patterns in my charts because I usually rev up to O at least once before I actually do (kind of annoying).

I think you are 10 DPO. Look at my preggo chart in my siggy... I had a dip about the same dpo you did. Thats when I think I implanted. Had cramps starting that day too!
Good luck girl... I hope this is your month!!!

I think you are 7 dpo. I think the 2 lower temps after the first rise plus the cm and positive OPK after that rise show it was just a gear up. Either way, you have your bases covered!

Well you'll know for sure when you either test or get AF, but then the question is when to test? I'd wait & test on Saturday--splitting the difference!!

I'm at work right now. I have some time on my hands for once. I guess patients don't want to come in before they get their Thanksgiving dinner lol.
I think I'm having the start of some symptoms. After waking up this afternoon, I was extremely fatigue, like I had downed a bottle of cold medicine... I could not shake it. And just now, I stood up real fast to grab a call light, and felt a weird painful pull right under my pubic bone.... hmmm
