ok as of today we have tickets...not that means we are 100% going though LOL but we should be back in the states and at Quizno's getting a Large Cheesesteak sandwich *drool* on Sunday Eve (7days). Troy's visa expires on Sunday so we are going home or at least leaving Thailand. There is a chance they can just send us to a new job but usually we get back to the states in between jobs.
We have no idea where to next but it looks like we will get a couple weeks in the states. We are going to SD/MN to see our family and of course visit Kyle and Eric!!!
I am hoping to get into my midwife that first week back home! Right now I would love some don't throw up on the plane dust!

MM Quiznos LoL! Hopefully you can get into your midwife, that'd be great!

Angela's little baby: Please allow your mommy to fly comfortably home on the airplane. It wouldn't be to good if she was throwing up all over the place

That's funny, I know someone in Qatar too. A friend of Eric's family. Small world! Obviously, I cannot wait for you guys to come hang out with us. We might need a Guitar Hero rematch! I hope you get to stay at least a couple of weeks in the States. Sorry I couldn't talk longer this morning, but I had an urgent need for hangover-related coffee and Egg McMuffins lol. Oh, and Eric said you can do that dermatology procedure pregnant, so just let us know if you need an appointment. See you soon!!

I hope you don't get sick on the plane. Have you been getting the sickies lately?

Does your Dh get any choice or can he tell them what his preference is for a location? Or do they just assign randomly?

Thats funny you some of you guys know people in Qatar-its such a small country---we drove around the whole thing in one day! LOL

Once I get my midwife appointment I will start making all others after that one! Hoping Eric will squeeze me in! I will be getting a lot done that first week just in case they ship us off! Troy asked for vacation from the 23-to 27th so hopefully we get and and can go see family.

Yep as of a week ago I started throwing up. Its weird to "safe" plan foods are making me sick (steak, potatoes, milk, etc) but the spicy food helps (thai, Indian, etc). How does the old wives tale go....if I want spicy food is that boy or girl?!
DH gets no say in were he is going or for how long he is there. Because I travel with him he can't go to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, or Iran. They have this thing called a roadmap that they work on every tuesday (this is usually why we find out jobs on wed). And it lists all the jobs going on and up coming ones...has each job listed and who is working it or has it blank for someone needs to go there. We get this every week and so you can kind of TRY to figure out what they will pick. There are about 8 major refineries in the world (oil, natural gas, plastics, etc) my DH does 6 out of the 8 plus he is chief on most projects.....so we try to guess where they are going to send him. He usually goes to one of our top three guesses. How ever we also get the occasional breakdown and they need someone there now. If we had a guess we think they will put him in the office for a few weeks and send us to a major job starting up in S. Korea in mid of Jan--it will be a 4 month project. (well they SAY it will be 4 months-which means 5 or six LOL) Which would put us RIGHT when we need to fly back to the states to have a baby. DH will have to let his boss know that we are pregnant when we get back-they then make sure we are with in 1 hr of a good standard of care hospital...they really do think of everything when they send us somewhere!

well in the ever changing job status of my hubby we are no longer flying back to the states on sunday....we are not flying to Singapore on sunday...with a possible return to Thailand but more likely we will just sit there until wed then fly back to the states. Or a very slim chance straight to vietnam. I wonder if Singapore have Quiznos???
