10 pounds, 10 days? No, both not possible as in healthy and not actually losing pounds. You'll lose water, and muscle and not fat
Ways to start flushing water though
-Greatly increase your water intake, up to a gallon a day.
-No salt or salted foods, lunch meats/hot dogs/high sodium snacks

Your so sweet!!! I was always the skinny girl in high school, then I got really chunky after I graduated!! People thought I was pregnant, asked questions about why I gained so much weight and so on!! It hurt my feelings so bad!! I was almost 170lbs!! I lost a whole bunch of weight 2 years ago when my ex and I broke up, I got down to 139lbs!! I looked so good, and was so confident!! When I moved to Washington, I had no job, no friends, no life, so I just ate and ate!! Slowly the weight has come back!! I always get this way when I go home, my old friends and such are so judgmental!

losing that much weight that fast is NOT healthy and not technically doable, like Lash said. A reasonable amount of weight to lose is 2 lbs a week, you want to lose no more than that really. you look great hon, and friends should NOT be judgmental, they are crappy friends if they judge you for weighing a few more pounds now than you did before.

I would just be as active and as healthy as you can and see what your body does naturally.
Maybe focus on getting a nice new outfit, getting your hair done, or just pampering yourself the next little while so you FEEL great ya know?

Long term FAT loss is going to be weight's. You can do cardio but even cardio doesnt peel off the fat. You need to be lifting weights. Cardio is HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is being hailed as the "new" cardio secret but its been around for years. Instead of 45 mins of cardio, you only do 20-30 and its incredibly intense
Body For Life is what I do and others have done and it has great results. If you dont want a program though, then know that you need to do weights 3x a week, eat half lean protein/half carbs (clean, whole wheat and whole grain carbs) at meals
My blog writes about workouts and my foods daily, and what the struggle is like and the highs and lows of eating and workouts. I detail pretty well how to do workouts. It might be a good place to start reading and then we can go from there. Others on here have great info too
Cut out sugar immedietly, as well as tons of diet drinks, white breads and pasta. You need to get to balanced meals with good amounts of protein
Its not some miracle answer or some crazy diet, its just eating healthier

No workouts look like this
Cardio HIIT Monday (I have a detailed description on my blog)
Weights for arms Tuesday
Cardio HIIT Wed
Weights Legs Thurs
Cardio HIIT Fri
Weights arms Sat
Sunday off, and cheat day. You eat WHATEVER you want but you only cheat on cheat days. You go longer without eating horrible foods but you dont have to give up all your favorite stuff. Instead of cheating all the time, you pick one day and indulge

I'll post my proof pictures from a few challenges ago
Week 1
Week 5
I have been blogging daily with weekly pictures in my bathing suit as both proof and motivation. I have had a very hectic few weeks although this is exactly the problems-- excuses instead of results. I started back up this weekend. I also LOVE the gym as a result of BFL
Crystal Lite is cool

My SIL lost a lot of weight by calorie counting but she did it over time. You eat healthy meals based on the number of calories and you eat them in smaller portions but more frequently so you body works constantly to burn off extra fat. She did not exercise through this but after she lost the weight she started to exercise a bit to tone up.
Good luck!!
