Right now I'll be working because I'm still in the military but they are most likely going to kick me out because of my knee (everyone cross your fingers) so hopefully I'll only have to work for another six months or so. I wish I could just stay home! I mean, I'm going back to school when I get out, but that doesn't really count.

I'm already a working mom - and will be a working mom times two! I don't have to work either - I like to work and I want to work. My son is a very well adjusted day care kid and I think for his personality it is what he needs - he's very social. I hope number 2 is the same! I love his day care and his teachers and its working well. The day care takes kids at 6 weeks so baby 2 will be going to school with big brother.

I think its great for mothers in this day and age to be able to do what they want. My mom was a stay at home mom and I think it was great for our family....but its not me. I probably will only work till 3 when Harrison gets into Kindergarten - I don't want him to be shuffled from place to place. I can also be involved with him after school, homework all that.

I'll be a SAHM. DH is AD Navy so I'm very lucky that he can support us with me being able to stay at home with Conner.

I'll be SAH until my mat leave is up (we get a long time over here), so I'll be due back to work around November, then I'll go part time.

I'll be a working mom. I'll be off for about 4 months after the baby's born and then I'll be back at work. I still consider myself fortunate that my ILs and my parents are retired and are happy to look after the liitle one. We're giving the ILs first dibs since this will be their first grandchild but I'd feel so much more comfortable if my parents were looking after her. I guess I'm biased.

If I didn't have a mortgage I'd probably consider staying at home until this little one was eligible for preschool but alas I do have a mortgage. Plus I want to be able to afford for this little one to have the best education possible so I'm working to help provide for that as well. I would like that eventually if her career aspirations meant that she had to study in China, Greece, wherever... that we'd be able to afford to give her that education.
