I woke up and was brown spotting, took a shower (the whole time very scared), got out and wiped again to check and it was red. Still just a little spotting so i started to blow dry my hair, and felt *something*. I had been having ALOT of cm the past few days so i was hoping that was what it was. I went to wipte this time and it was blood. I started crying my eyes out, my dr's office doesnt open until 8:30 and its only 7:50. If I call up there do you think theyll let me come in, or just say whatever happens will happen since its so early on? I cannot take this, I want this baby sooooo bad it cant leave me now. Im lost, what can i do? Please tell me it can still be okay.

Sorry for the rambling, im just so upset I dont even know how to deal.

ETA: No cramps and no clots.

I really don't have much advice because I've never been pregnant or expeirenced this, but I don't think it would hurt to call your doctor and see what they say!

I'm sorry sweetie...it kind of sounds like AF is starting or something since it is so early on. I feel terrible but I don't want you to get your hopes up too bad. Good luck with the doctor's office

I am no expert and have never been pregnant, BUT on some of the other boards (Am I pregnant, TTC) a lot of women ask this question and sometimes its your worst fear (m/c) and other times women say they simply bled a lot when they first got pregnant. I recall someone mentioning they even went to the hospital because there was so much blood, nothing ended up being wrong and there baby was born with no problem. Try to calm down and relax and wait for your doctor to call you back. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I just want to say (((hugs))) and try not to stress. I can only imagine how scared you are, but remember it's out of your hands and all you can do is pray it sticks. I hope your dr calls you back soon.

Sticky bean Healthy bean

I will be praying for you that it is nothing more than a little first trimester blood and not an actual m/c.

Honestly right now, i would just put a pad on to be able to keep track of how much blood you are losing. Your doctor will want to know that. I would just hold out a little longer until they open. They will most likely give you an u/s but you might be to early to see anything, but she will be able to tell you where the blood is coming from. Good Luck, i know it is scary to bleed/ spot in pregnancy. Unfortunately ive had it go both ways. i have bled and lost the baby, and i have bled and went to carry a healthy baby girl to full term.

For right now, lay down, rest, calm down, and drink lots of water. try and relax as best as you can. ( easier said that done i know)

This happened to me very early on in my pregnancy too. have you had sex recently? your cervix is very tender right now, and sex can make it bleed. Try to relax, bleeding early on in pregnancy can be normal, don't assume the worst yet, because it can be plenty of other things. Good luck and KUP!

I'm sorry you're going through this! I hope it's just pregnancy bleeding. A lot of women bleed at the beginning of pregnancy. Good luck!! You'll be in my thoughts!
