Hehe, y'all are so cute!
I had a
wonderful birthday! First, I woke up to breakfast in bed which was awesome. Then the three of us all got up and ready to go for the day - except I had no idea what we would be doing! Lee started things off by dropping me off at the spa for a one hour prenatal massage, it was positively DIVINE. If only I could have convinced the woman to come live with us!

Then we went out to lunch at one of my fave Chinese restaurants, Pei Wei. After that, we dropped Lily off at the babysitter's and Lee and I went to go see
Australia - good flick, but different from what I was expecting.
We were supposed to do dinner just the two of us after that but I was feeling pretty sore from sitting in the movie theater for three hours, so we picked up Lils and went home and had yummy takeout instead. We finished decorating our tree, had birthday cake and I opened my gifts. One gift I'd already gotten first thing that morning, which was one of those rain showerheads - HOLY CRAP do I recommend getting one of those! My other gifts were a Mighty Mouse for my Mac (I have been wanting one forEVER) and three stone diamond earrings - I almost passed out when I saw them! They are sooo beautiful and totally NOT what I was expecting!
Thanksgiving actually went really well, we had tons of food and friends and everyone did an awesome job of pitching into help cleanup afterward so I barely lifted a finger for that. It was hilarious watching people ask Lee where stuff went and him keep saying, "Uuuuuuh" - it was pretty much his first week living in this house and he had no idea how I'd organized everything!
The hernia is doing well and holding steady, I'm still on for a vaginal birth which I am mucho excited about. I really do like my new OB and I feel like we are on the same wavelength when it comes to labor and delivery. I'm having lots of fun with my Hypnobabies course (as is my dog

) and I'm pretty much just finalizing things in anticipation of Miss Violet's arrival.
Not too much else is going on, Lee's squadron is closed for the next two weeks which means he won't be working OR be charged leave so we'll have plenty of time to get the house all situated for Violet and guests who are coming out once she is here. Lily's birthday is just around the corner (TWO!

) so I'm also wrapping up the planning and organization for that. Basically, I just want to have everything done and ready before I hit 36 weeks. We'll see how that goes.
