So today we are having our extended family Christmas, including out of towners. My sister {due any day} feels like she HAS to host it, like she does every year. Like I mentioned, she has been feeling cruddy lately.

So last night, my mom called. Every "Family" will contribute $10 towards Kentucky Fried Chicken! My sister was told that we all volunteered to bring things to dinner so she only had to make desserts

I'm not sure who came up with this wonderful idea, but I'm glad someone did! Now I don't have to rush through all the snow to go to the store and get enough of whatever-it-is my sister thinks I'm making for like 16 people!

those kfc bowls are yummy! mashed potatoes w/ gravy, corn, cheese and pieces of chicken... all mixed together... that's totally what I would make if I worked there and could whip up whatever.. lol
