I think Im out this cycle.....

...and it just started!! So here I am on CD 3 and almost in tears at my parents house!! My DR and I didn't think I would get my period while I was away so decided to start a new cycle when I got back!! Well AF came 3 days ago and I have no Clomid to take! My dr faxed me a perscription here in hopes it would work, but it didn't!! The pharmacist said the only thing I could do was see a DR here and hope they would prescribe it for me!! My DR I used to go to here isn't open for another half an hour then I will hive them a call!! Seriously though, what are the chances they could even squeeze me in, let alone give me something!! I am trying so hard to not let this wreck my day, but seriously, it is so hard.......Plus i have the worst cold!!

awww- I wouldn't give up!!! I would try and at least see a Dr. there... but that's just me. I hope it works out for you!

I actually have an appt in a couple of hours!!! I hope he can do something for me!! Now the only problem is finding a pharmacy that carries it!! I have called 2 so far a neither of them carry it!! Maybe there is another name for it here?? anyone know??

yeah for getting into the doctor - do you have walmarts there - I remember alot of ladies on the PCOS board talking about the great deal you can get on clomid at Walmart. Otherwise I think the exact name for it is Clomiphene - its brand names are Clomid and Serophene....so you could try that?

You know I wouldn't give up either way.....My first cycle after BCP was 90 plus days -then they got shorter more around the 40-50 day range - but my LP was like 4 days to 7 days - hardly the picture perfect cycle for getting preggo, plus I was officially diagnosed with PCOS.....but then that next cycle where DH and I weren't getting along real well and I didn't have high hopes anyway b.c of the screwy LP (and was waiting for the clomid call after the first of the year) bam - one night of make up sex and preggo. So if for some reason you can get it - don't give up!!!!

I found a pharmacy near by that had enough to last me 2 days and ordered some and it should be here by wednesday!! WAHOOOOO!!! I so didn't think it would all happen!!! I am so excited!!!
