Now I've started to wonder if I am even Oing??? I mean- I never have been good at detecting my CM and barely know what EWCM would even look like. This will be my third cycle off of BC and I'm just not sure if I'm even Oing each month? I mean- I always did before and we got p/g this summer but these past two cycles seem to be so weird. Weirder than I ever have had. I was taking B6 - which shortened my LP -so no more of that this cycle. I also got 2 positive OPK's last cycle- I have never gotten two- always only one! ??? I'm not sure what's going on!

I know I'm probably over analyzing....

I'm no expert but I'd say you did O last month, there's a definite temp spike on CD 19. That being said, cycles can be quite screwy after BCP. I've been off it since late September and my LP is still varying and is way too short. I'm trying not to panic and give it time but it's very frustrating.

ETA: Were your longer LP pre-BCP? Because it's quite common to have a shorter LP after coming off BCP.

Your chart definitely confirms ovulation, but you may be bd'ing so much that by the time you o his swimmers are depleted. Try not to bd for a few days before ovulation to build up his spermies.

after I went off BC last January- my LP was perfect- I I O'ed later but always on CD 17 or 18- then had a 14 day LP.....cycles were actually more regular than ever! Now- that I'm off BC again (after only being on it for 3 mos) my cycles are all screwy! They need to work themselves out and soon!

I agree with the others - it does look like you are O'ing....so I would just give it a few more months - most likely you'll be preggo. My cycles were screwed up off of BCP twice and I've gotten pregnant eventually both times - it took five cycles both times but it eventually happened.....unfortunately we are not prepped for how long it can actually take to get preggie once you want to...we're always scared into how easily it can happen as young girls

You O'ed, so no worries there. An 11 day LP with spotting at 9-10 DPO is a familiar concept to me, it sucks, but 11 days is long enough so they say... It seems you might just be in the same boat I am. I agree that we are always so worried about preventing PG that we are caught by surprise when it doesn't happen so easily. Also I've had a couple of screwy cycles after my blighted ovum... so at least you know you're not alone in that... I don't really have any advice but I do know how frustrating it is. You could try BD every other day rather than every day... or every 36 hours instead of every 12-24. If you are still worried about your LP, you could bring your chart in and talk to your doctor about doing some progesterone supplements... but likely it isn't necessary for you. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that we both get our BFP soon...

I was a 27 day cycle, late Oer - around CD16/17, with an LP from 9-13 days but average of 11ish. Look at me now, so your cycles are doing just perfect.

I thought of another idea... if you aren't having a lot of wet or EW CM, you could try Preseed when you DTD around O time. It's supposed to really help aid the swimmers.
