Okay.. You need to
stop stressing.. Stress can raise your blood sugar.. Stay calm and relax and attack the problem.. I had GD with Adriana and I know exactly what your going through.. And I will admit, I went through a period of depression and anger when I was first diagnosed with GD.. So it's normal..
Also, if you end up with GD, test the waters.. There are some foods you can have that won't raise your blood sugars. I was able to eat a sour dough jack from Jack in the Box and my BS would be below 120.. I was also able to eat a small piece a cake and still be in range.. But if I had a glass of milk or 1/2 of an apple, my numbers would go through the roof..

Some ladies on the GD forum were able to eat Chinese food and their numbers were within range.. Look at it as if it was a game..
