Thought I would post a quick update since I have been a little out of it for a few days. Had a doctor's appt. last week, everything was perfect. I have gained all of 5-6 pounds so far. I got a video clip on my phone of Alice's heartbeat, but have no idea how to get it on the comp! My next appt. is on the 19th, and I get the one hour glucose test and another ultrasound! YAY for seeing baby again!
Alice is really a kicker- I lay on my back with my hand on my tummy and just feel her move around and kick the crap out of my palm haha. It is an amazing feeling though, being able to feel her all the time and know she's okay in there. Sometimes at night she wakes me up, but I forgive her for that
Mom and I are going back to Maryland for a few days in the coming week. Not looking forward to all the driving, but we will be meeting my sister's new fiance', so that'll be nice.
How was everyone's holidays? Any new news? I miss you gals!

I'm glad you and Alice are doing well. It sounds like your little girl is nice and strong, and a bit feisty! Have a great trip to Maryland.

Alice is doing great in there!!! It is so very reassuring to feel their movements. Just wait til she's 36 weeks... then you'll be gasping at the movements cos they are uncomfy!! But they are still reassuring
Have you felt her have hiccups at all?

I miss being around more too! I have been trying to get on more often, it just seems like every time I am able to something else comes up- Toby needs a walk, the phone rings, I have to pee and then get sidetracked I'm trying though- if ya'll didn't notice I am in the BIG numbers with my posts now! Woot!
I don't think I have felt her with hiccups yet. I do feel her squirming around all the time, and then really HARD kicks. She has big feet and long legs so maybe that's part of it? Hmm.
The big craving right now is mexican food. Man, Alice LOVES burritos!

So we just found out something is up with my car (the one we were going to drive to MD) and renting a car would cost about $200 that we don't have. Poo! We may have to skip this trip

Haha I sometimes just HATE cars. I wish I could get through life without ever having to drive to be honest. And on top of everything I really have no idea what exactly is wrong with this dang thing to begin with. Boo. William's car is out of commission as well, completely. At least mine I can drive short distances- I am just not comfy driving a far way in it.

I'm glad Alice is doing well. Feeling those kicks is so great, isn't it?
I hope the car can be fixed cheaply.
